I give this recipe FIVE STARS ★★★★★
The other day I was making stuffed tomatoes and realized I had double the amount of beef that would fit into the tomatoes. Luckily, I had just seen this recipe and the first few steps for each are exactly the same. Turns out, we liked the Uglies so much better than the stuffed tomatoes.

Other great ground beef recipes!
The name caught my eye and I just had to know what these were. Sound really good and something my family would enjoy.
Yummy! I bet these are so tasty! I like trying new recipes and these would be perfect for a cookout. I’m pinning!
I had never heard of these and I don’t really eat red meat so probably not the recipe for me! I do love allrecipes though, I have gotten some of my favourite recipes from there. It’s a great resource for me in particular because my daughter has food allergies and it’s easy to search for specific things.
I used to have to eat everything completely milk free and it was great to find the recipes and be able to substitute ingredients.
That looks really delicious and easy to make! We have most of those ingredients already. Going to share this with my hubby.
These look delicious and I love the name!

I’m not sure but I know the ones I made (bottom pic) turned out quite ugly.
Those look so delicious, and the recipe isn’t too intimidating. I should definitely give those a shot, my family would love them!
Sometimes you’ve got to improvise in cooking and these sound so yum! And anything that’s freezable gets extra points with me.
An interesting name to give them but I can not wait to try them out myself
