This quick and easy chicken alfredo is just one of my many go to recipes for a quick meal or making freezer meals. I walk through the whole process in this video and have the steps outlined below!

Instant Pot Chicken Alfredo
Equipment
- 1 Pressure Cooker
Ingredients
- 4 oz pasta
- 1 lb chicken Any kind will work. I usually use canned because it's my favorite in this!
- 1 pint chicken broth
- 1 jar alfredo sauce
- salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to taste
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese optional
Instructions
- Add the pasta to the instant pot
- Add broth – noodles should be just barely covered.
- Add chicken

- Add spices

- Add half the jar of alfredo

- Pressure cook on the rice setting
- Manually release as soon as it beeps

- Stir in remaining alfredo sauce and peas

- Let it sit for around 5 minutes to soak up extra liquid
