LIVE LAUNDRY HACK: PUTTING AWAY AN ENTIRE LOAD OF LAUNDRY IN MINUTES November 7, 201710 Comments

My laundry hack infographic has gotten some pretty cool attention on the interwebs!  It’s been shared from my website over 650 times and was even featured on BuzzFeed!

Since this post has had such popularity, I thought I would show it to you in action!  It took me about 10 minutes total to put away two loads of laundry.

Here are some tips I have when putting away laundry.

  1. Keep the socks and underwear for last because the pile will go down faster and make you think the laundry is getting done faster.  That keeps you motivated to keep going which is actually what makes the laundry get done faster.
  2. Sort the clothes by the way you put them away and where you put them.  (folded clothes for one drawer go together, all shirts that are hung go together)
  3. Don’t get frustrated when the doorbell rings in the middle of putting away your laundry!

What tips do you have for laundry?

  1. I loved your video! It’s super helpful for getting loads of laundry put away fast. No one likes doing laundry so the quicker the task is done that happier I am the rest of the morning. 🙂

  2. Great tips here. The one chore I absolutely hate is laundry. I may just change up my routine and see if this works for me. I would love to be able to get a few loads put away in less than and hour.
