Condensed Cream of Soup
This makes the equivalent of one can of condensed soup.
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup milk or cream
- 1/2 cup stock or broth (any kind)
- Spices to taste
- Add ins as desired
Melt the butter in a sauce pan
Add the Flour and cook for about a minute
Add the liquids a little at a time while whisking together. Alternate between different liquid types.
