Spaghetti Noodles


  • 4 cups flour
  • 4 each eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 varying amount water


Making the pasta

  • Add flour and salt to the mixer
  • Turn the mixer on low speed
  • Add in one egg at a time while the mixer mixes
  • Add water as necessary until the dough starts to come together. Dough needs to be on the dryer side so add water slowly
  • Let mix in the mixer until it starts to come together.
  • Take the dough out of the mixer and kneed it until it is smooth.
  • Roll the dough into approximately a 1 - 1.5 inch wide tube
  • Let dough sit for 20-30 minutes to let the glutens relax
  • Feed the dough into the hopper
  • Turn on the Kitchen aid, using the speed noted for the type of pasta you are making.

Drying the Pasta

  • Let pasta sit out for a couple of days until it is fully dry. Then the pasta can be packaged into ziplock bags and stored in the pantry.

Cooking the pasta

  • Boil in salted water until the pasta floats. Pasta can be cooked any time once it has been shaped.
