I begin to make my smoothie as I usually do with a cut up frozen banana and some soy milk. I cut up the bananas prior to freezing them to make it easier to chop up in smoothies. Then I add the Aloha product of choice.
Thypically, I avoid all things vanilla. Especially milky type of products. But, I was very pleasantly surprised with the Aloha vanilla protein mix. It was my absolute favorite out of the bunch!
